Seagulls by Sarah G

Thought this painting might cheer us all up! I did it last year, its a personal favourite as it was sheer luck that the seagulls flew into shot just as i took the photo, I knew i'd have to paint it before I even saw the photo. I'm going to continue the seaside theme this year, including Brighton pier and weymouth beach which is where I took the photo for this painting. Posted for Sarah G by Sharon

Was lovley to come to your studio yesterday before the social do.This painting is splendid, I bet them gulls were after chips. Ive also got some Brighton images, I'll post them next.

It is a fantastic painting. The movement has been captured brilliantly. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your seaside paintings.
