Amaranta's lost love

A section of a painting by Karen, Amaranta is a character from the book "One Hundred Years of Solitude". She is a rather complex lady who's lover killed himself and seemingly sent her mad, he sent her love letters enclosing dried flowers and butterflies, these will feature in the painting.

Comments:
Karen, this is beautiful, Darling, like you...I can't wait to see the whole painting, and hope you don't mind me posting this up tonight. Love Sharon xxxxx

She does look like she is reflecting on her lost love. Very moving

How is Amaranta coming along Karen?
